Job Description

Brandt Industries Inc. is currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager. This position is responsible for connecting the customer and the sales department to the manufacturing plants.





Duties & Responsibilities


Lead the Order Fulfillment team and/or work directly with the customer to fill their order requirements which would include communicating price of standard items, accepting purchase orders, create demand in plants, order acknowledgement, delivery date and shipping information to the customer. Work with plants regarding ship dates, inventory levels, freight costs, system integrations, and management of exceptions to look after customer's ordering needs. Develop, maintain and communicate delivery timelines for standard product, this would include stocked items, quick turnaround items and long lead items. Establish, manage and maintain stocking point stocking levels to ensure customer needs and expectations are being met Connect the plants with the customer, this would include directing customer orders to the correct plant, working with plants to establish line rates and filling production schedule based on customer needs and product flow to the customers Lead order fulfillment team for truck load configurations to optimize space and minimize freight costs Manage freight equalization program Schedule and direct field setup crews to ensure product is setup and ready to sell as customer require Establishes processes and procedures for all order fulfillment activities, returns processing, and consumer contact including interacting with ERP system for all required tasks. Ensure the configuration of products, functionality and accuracy of CPQ Software for customer interface with Brandt, this would include working with Engineering, E-Marketing and IT when necessary Work with and communicate schedules for product delivery to Sales Department to ensure customer needs are being met Provide price estimates to sales department of custom attachments or options Develops metrics and reports to monitor departmental performance and other Consumer Direct fulfillment activities, this would include on time delivery, stocking levels and shipment levels. Identify process improvement opportunities; present project plans, options, and recommendations to Executive level Management; organize and lead any teams required to implement such improvements and manage the process to a successful completion. Responsible for all personnel management within the department including hiring, terminating, promotion etc. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. * Previous experience in an Order Fulfillment, Large Parts Sales company, large warehouse environment with stock logic duties
