As a Order Entry/Customer Associate at our barbershop and salon, you will be the central hub for both our clients and our operational needs. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest while supporting our team by accurately managing inventory and supplier orders.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Operations:
Greet all clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
Schedule, manage, and confirm client appointments using our booking software.
Answer client questions regarding services, pricing, and stylist/barber specialties.
Order Entry & Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of salon/barbershop retail products, back-bar products, and operational supplies (e.g., towels, coffee, cleaning supplies).
Place accurate and timely orders with vendors and suppliers based on established par levels and stylist requests.
Receive, verify, and unpack shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.16-$26.27 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
