Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Management:
Review and verify order details for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to prioritize urgent orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.
Customer Service & Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipping information, and returns.
Provide knowledgeable support on our product line to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Handle and resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.25-$26.28 per hour
