Join our dedicated team as an Order Entry/Customer Associate for our thriving janitorial service company. You will be the central link ensuring seamless communication between our clients and operations, playing a vital role in maintaining our high standards for service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Order Entry & Management:
Accurately process new service requests, changes, and cancellations into our internal system.
Generate work orders and dispatch information for the operations team.
Maintain and update customer account information and service profiles.
Customer Service & Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Proactively communicate with clients regarding order confirmations, service updates, and schedule changes.
Liaise between the customer and the operations team to relay special requests or report issues from the field.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.89-$25.93 per hour
