As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our embroidery service company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, exceptional customer interactions, and efficient coordination between clients and our production team.
Responsibilities:
Verify order details, including design specifications, thread colors, garment types, and deadlines.
Coordinate with the production team to confirm order feasibility and timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist clients with order modifications, tracking, and issue resolution.
Provide product/service information, pricing, and turnaround times.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.86-$25.84 per hour
