Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for a high volume of orders
• Update sales and dispatch teams with status of shipments
• Data management
• Meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
• Sales and dispatch coordination

• 2+ years customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Personable over the phone
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Fast typing skills and excellent phone skills
