The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
Confidently take customer orders, paying attention to all details
Reply to queries, in a timely manner: by email, phone, text message, Facebook, Instagram
Invoice customers, and follow up on outstanding payments
Communicate with decorators, to ensure customers receive accurate quotes
Manage incoming online orders
Manage voicemails
Help to come up with ideas for merchandise, promotions, etc.
Create social media campaigns to drive awareness
Help when required, serving customers, using the p.o.s. system, and handling cash
Potential candidates will have the following skills/experience:
Customer service experience
Excellent time management
Attention to detail
Able to multitask
Works well under pressure
Good organizational skills
Good communication skills
Good social media skills
Works well as part of a team
Must be available evenings & weekends
Culinary education and/or decorating experience is an asset
Previous sales experience is an asset
