We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients in person and via phone to promote our products and services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
Issuing and receiving of purchase orders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Assist in account management by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Provide pricing, availability, and lead-time information to customers
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Support outside sales representatives with quotes, and order follow-ups
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Requirements
Has experience in this industry or has worked in a similar industry
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships

Pay: $21.00 per hour
