Job Title: Order Desk Clerk
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Temporary, Full Time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hour
Responsibilities:

Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
Ordering replenishment product as required
Various clerical tasks
Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
General housekeeping
Pick/fill orders as required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of order desk experience working in the food/ manufacturing industry
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time-management and organizational skills, multitasking
Time management skills, able to prioritize, capable of working under pressure
Professional appearance with a drive for creating an exceptional customer experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate with other team members and maintain a positive work environment
Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong attention-to-detail
Punctual and dependable
