Overview

LD Filtration is seeking an upbeat, energetic individual to join its very busy order desk and customer service team in our Edmonton facility. If you are interested in technical inside sales, interacting with a range of customers to find client-specific filtration solutions, are detail orientated and thrive in a steady work space, we want to meet with you!

Duties

Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify new sales opportunities through interaction with repeat clients and our outside sales team. Learn about various filtration products by our industry leaders, becoming a filter-aficionado*.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure their clients orders are a success. Analyze customer feedback and liaison between outside sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

Next-level customer service. Familiarity with Sage 300 & Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable. Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding filtration product specifications. Excellent attention to detail- this position deals with a multitude of part numbers and technical specifics. Exceptional numeracy is key to this position's success. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Preference will be given to those who are seeking long-term employment.
