DT Impot et comptabilite, une filiale de Thomson Reuters a Montreal est presentement a la recherche d'un agent en administration des commandes et facturation talentueux travaillant a distance de la maison. Il s'agit d'un contrat d'une duree d'un an a temps plein. La personne retenue recevra plusieurs semaines de formation et un soutien continu qui lui permettra de se familiariser avec l'entreprise et de progresser dans ses fonctions.


Le poste d'administration et facturation consiste a s'assurer que les processus necessaires sont mis en oeuvre a partir du moment ou une nouvelle commande client est recue d'un representant, a s'assurer que la vente est transformee en revenus recurrents. L'analyste effectue la configuration initiale du dossier client dans les systemes financiers et veille au respect des politiques et des procedures de facturation pour l'ensemble du portefeuille professionnel.

Il s'agit d'un travail a domicile a 100 %, avec des visites occasionnelles a nos bureaux du centre-ville.



Le poste



Assister l'agent principal des comptes debiteurs et de l'execution dans la mise en place de nouveaux clients sur les systemes comptable. Maintenir et acceder a des donnees sur plusieurs systemes tels qu'Incident Monitor, Moneris (Paiements par carte de credit) et Onvio Tools. Recevoir des demandes par l'entremise de Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, courrier electronique et telecopie numerique. Preparer une liste quotidienne des licences pour la delivrance des codes utilises pour l'activation du produit. Verifier et traiter les commandes client et preparer de nouveaux rapports de ventes. Facturer et traiter les paiements sur Avantage et preparer les depots bancaires quotidiens. Tenir a jour le dossier de verification postdate et resoudre les demandes des clients concernant les modalites de paiement. Coordonner et programmer la facturation manuelle et par lots et executer les processus necessaires a l'emission numerique des factures, des releves et des demandes de paiement. Collaborer avec l'equipe de la comptabilite et veiller a ce que la facturation soit correcte pour la cloture du mois et la reconciliation des comptes clients. Travailler sur des projets ad hoc et interagir avec tous les membres de l'equipe des finances et des operations, les departements locaux et l'equipe mondiale de traitement des comptes fournisseurs de Thomson Reuters.

Bilingue (anglais et francais) Solides aptitudes pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles. Axe sur le client, organise et capacite d'effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois. Capacite de travailler avec Microsoft Office, Excel et tableaux croises dynamiques. Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou universitaires de preference en administration, en comptabilite ou en sciences sociales et en vue d'obtention d'un diplome ou d'un grade designe en administration des affaires.

DT Tax and Accounting, a subsidiary of Thomson Reuters in Montreal is currently seeking a talented, Order Administration and Billing Agent working remotely from home. This position is on a one-year renewable full-time contract basis. The successful candidate will be given several weeks training and ongoing support to allow the individual to learn the business and progress into the position.


The administration and billing function ensures the necessary processes are implemented from the time a new sales order is received from a sales representative to ensuring sale is transformed into recurring revenue. The analyst effects initial client setup on financial systems, ensures policy adherence and billing procedures are carried out for the whole professional portfolio.

This is a 100% work from home position, with occasional visits to our downtown offices.



About The Role



Assist the Primary Accounts Receivable and Fulfillment agent in setting up new customers on Accounting Software systems. Maintain and access data on several systems such as Incident Monitor, Moneris (Credit Card Payments), and Onvio Tools. Receive requests via Salesforce, Microsoft teams, e-mail, and digital fax. Prepare daily license listing for issuance of codes used for product activation. Verify and process sales orders and prepare new sales reporting. Invoice and process payments on Avantage and prepare daily bank deposits. Maintain post-dated check file and resolve customer inquiries relating with payment terms. Coordinate and schedule manual and batch invoicing and carry out processes required for digital issuance of billings, statements, and cash applications. The analyst will work with accounting and ensure proper billing for month end cut-off and accounts receivable reconciliation. Work on ad hoc projects and interact with all members of the finance and operations team, local departments, and TR global AP processing team.

About You



Bilingual (English and French) Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Customer oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Able to work with Microsoft office, excel and pivot tables. College or University degree preferably in administration, accounting or social sciences and working towards a diploma or designated business degree.
