YOU ARE:
A recognized and agile Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist with a solid background in Oracle\xe2\x80\x99s Payroll, Benefits and Absence modules. You\xe2\x80\x99re a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client\xe2\x80\x99s unique needs. You have an eye for creating solutions and can see the gap between where a client is at and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there.

WHO WE\xc2\xb4RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 8+ years consulting experience with 5 or more years of demonstrated experience implementing and leading Oracle HCM Cloud \xe2\x80\x93 Payroll, Benefits and Absence modules end to end.
  • Minimum of 3 successfully delivered HCM Cloud Implementations
  • Able to advise and lead on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality and testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and collaborate with those at all organizational levels as well as stakeholders.
  • Experience leading workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and proven involvement as a project lead required.
  • Good understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud \xe2\x80\x93 Payroll, Benefits and Absence modules required
  • Resourceful problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise developed judgment
  • Ability to meet travel requirements per project needs
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.
