About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion Developer

with hands-on expertise in

BlackLine

and

Oracle Data Clean Room (DCR)

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

financial transactions, accounting workflows, and payment integrations

within Oracle Fusion Financials.

This role involves developing, integrating, and supporting financial modules, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with enterprise finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement solutions within

Oracle Fusion Financials

with integration to

BlackLine

and

Oracle Data Clean Room (DCR)

. Collaborate with finance and technical teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable solutions. Support end-to-end finance processes including

GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management

. Develop and maintain

integrations, extensions (ADF, BIP, OTBI)

, and automations within Oracle Fusion. Analyze and optimize

financial data flows

, reconciliation processes, and payment transaction accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring data consistency and compliance. Maintain documentation including

technical design documents, test cases, and deployment plans

. Work closely with stakeholders across finance, audit, and IT to ensure system reliability and performance. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud enhancements, new modules, and integration capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

8 years

of overall experience in

Oracle ERP / Fusion Financials

development and support.

3-5 years

hands-on experience in

BlackLine integration

and

account reconciliation automation

. Experience working with

Oracle Data Clean Room (DCR)

for secure data collaboration and analytics. Strong understanding of

financial transactions, journal entries, and payment processing

. Proficiency in

PL/SQL

,

BI Publisher

,

OTBI

,

FBDI

, and

REST/SOAP APIs

. Sound knowledge of

Oracle Cloud architecture

, data models, and integration frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams. Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or Finance

(or equivalent experience).

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
