Job Overview


Green PI Inc. is presently looking to provide an

Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst

for its client. The CRM Business Analyst will contribute to the client's eCRM project and deliver quality software that meets the client's requirements by following an Agile Iterative Methodology.

This is a contract opportunity from November 17, 2025 - November 6, 2026, with a possibility of a 12-month extension.

Responsibilities



Working jointly with the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Program team to ensure CRM concepts are leveraged with configuration where possible resulting in the delivery of quality software meeting the client requirements; Conducting, leading, and supporting interviews and analysis with multiple stakeholders to gather user requirements, following client's Agile-Iterative methodology via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis, use cases, scenarios, and other methods; Working with internal BAs, QAs, and Developers to ensure requirements are making it into the Build/Release; Leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for process improvements and re-engineering aligned to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM; reducing customization and provide analysis, propose change strategies, and communicate proposed strategies appropriately; Providing in depth knowledge for use and best fit modules of CRM capabilities to address the requirements with minimal customization and maximum reusability; Translating business requirements into CRM Functional specifications and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps to support the delivery of an eCRM in a composable architecture environment; Maintaining all documentation as changes are introduced; Creating Iteration release notes; Creating user manuals, delivering training sessions, and providing support to ensure high end user adoption; Providing coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members for eCRM; Providing requirements for data migration from various source systems to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service eCRM; Developing and conducting reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted; Communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood; Supporting Quality Assurance and Integration Testing; Supporting User Acceptance Testing and participate in post-production functional support; Supporting Data Migration activities; and Performing other duties as assigned by the client.

Qualifications



The potential candidate must possess the following:

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst working within a complex environment; A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM, such as Oracles Sales and Service, MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud is preferred; Experience gathering CRM requirements, at a minimum: contact, account, case, service request and work order; A strong business background or a solid understanding of information technology with a relevant degree in business or IT; A demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines; Experience working in an Agile-Iterative environment following an Agile-Iterative Methodology; Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts in a team environment; and Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
The following qualifications are considered assets:

Experience working with government organizations; Business Analyst Certification; Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM Certification; Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM; and Experience working with DevOps.
