We are seeking a dedicated Functional Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, Procurement and Oracle ERP Cloud, Accounts Payable. Good to have skills on Oracle ERP Cloud - Accounts Receivables and General Ledger.

In this role, you will:
Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial needs. Translate these into functional specifications and design Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
Module Configuration & Fit-Gap Analysis Configure Oracle modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement) to meet business requirements.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Implementation & Support Lead end-to-end implementation including UAT, go-live, and hypercare. Provide ongoing support for month-end activities, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
Integration & Reporting Work with technical teams to implement integrations (e.g., APRO to Banks, INFOR to OCS) and develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
Documentation & Training Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops to align legacy processes with Oracle best practices.

What you need to have to be considered:
8-11 Years of Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Strong Technical Knowledge of OFA Systems.
Proficient in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
Functional Expertise Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, and Expense modules.
Tools & Technologies Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Functional Setup Manager. Abilities) (FSM), BPM, IDM, FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL Developer.
Methodologies Experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM), Conference Room Pilot (CRP), and AS-IS/TO-BE documentation.
Process Knowledge Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles, month-end close processes, and reconciliation techniques.
