Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Optometric Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our optometry practice.

Responsibilities



Performing automated tests/measurements for patients before they see the optometrist Provide excellent front desk support, including answering phones and scheduling appointments Perform administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance verification

Requirements



Prior customter service experience highly desireable Comfortable talking on the phone Ability to prioritize and multi-task as required Ability to learn and use various software platforms for health records etc.. Ability to perform tasks independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
