Our Revive Eye Spa in Waterford offers a range of aesthetic services, including facials, skin treatments, and dry eye therapies.

Position Overview:

Are you a motivated, enthusiastic people person looking for a career change? Do you appreciate the value of vision and want to combine health care with fashion and esthetics? We're seeking a warm, professional team member to provide a "wow" patient experience while assisting our optometrists. We value versatility in our team! As part of your role, you will have the opportunity for cross-training in various departments, enhancing your skill set and contributing to our collaborative work environment. No previous eye care experience is necessary; we provide full training to the right candidate.

While the position is currently a 1-year full-time contract, there is significant potential for a transition to permanent full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist optometrists with preliminary testing Handle OHIP and insurance billing Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and direct patient communication (phone and text) Opportunity to broaden your scope of practice by gaining exposure to eyewear selection, patient frame styling, and basic eyewear repairs

Work across all 3 of our locations in Simcoe, Port Dover, and Waterford

Schedule:

8-hour shifts

Evening and Saturday rotations are expected (weekend shift premium offered)

Requirements:

Secondary School education (required) Successful candidates must obtain a 2025 vulnerable persons check
