Your Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage front desk operations: Book appointments, answer phone calls, verify insurance, process payments Conduct pretesting: OCT, visual field tests, retinal imaging Teach patients about contact lens wear (insertion, removal, and care) Assist patients with frame selection and explain lens options Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic and optical displays

Who We're Looking For

You are a motivated, professional, and friendly team player who thrives in a people-focused environment. You have:

Minimum

1 year of optical and sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A reliable, punctual, and polished demeanor Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team Solid multitasking and time-management abilities Comfort with computers and office software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
