Overview
We are Family Focus Eyecare, an independent Optometry Office with a history of over 25 years in service.
Our office provides full scope eyecare and myopia control services.
We need a friendly and hard working Optician/Optometric Assistant who thrives in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is:
*An excellent communicator
Detail-oriented, organized and has excellent time management skills
A reliable team player
Experienced in dispensing eyeglasses
*Professional, energetic, and committed to providing a stellar patient experience
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
*Work directly with patients throughout their visit
*Guiding clients through thoughtful eyewear selection, styling, fitting, and dispensing all while demonstrating excellent customer service and product knowledge
*Entering lab orders and accurate patient information, following up with labs and vendors as needed
*Repairing and adjusting frames
*Processing and receiving orders and inspecting for accuracy
*Inventory maintenance
*Lens edging
*Takes pride in the appearance of the office
*Full time position, must be available some Saturdays and some evening hours
