The successful candidate will be outgoing, passionate and a fast learner. This
individual will assist in leading the luxury retail boutique to success by
building and retaining a loyal client base, and providing white glove service. We are a fast growing optical shop that specializes in high-end brand name eyewear and a wide array of corrective lens solutions for our patients.You will be expected to assist patients by recommending the perfect eyewear, suggesting lenses based on their prescription, measuring, adjusting, and fitting eyewear, and educating on overall product information. We are looking for a sales-driven person, and someone who can instigate an open conversation of lifestyle questions to determine customers vision needs.-Educate patients by recommending specific lenses, lens coatings and frames style to suit customer needs-Develop professional business relationships with other associates and doctors-Aiding in training of new associates to help them understand frame and lens selection-Assists with ensuring store is effectively merchandised and presented according brand specifications-Ensures high quality, thorough, accurate measurements-Assists with the timely implementation of approved marketing programs and the execution of marketing programs and initiatives, and company standards for signage and promotions-Maintains the highest standards of sales and service by consistently delivering an exceptional experience-Pursue strong long term relationships with customers in order to build and maintain ongoing communication-Build a strong client following-Accurately recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and execution of all details-Ensures finished eye wear meets the Luxury Retail standard of flawless accuracy-Continuing product knowledge and fashion trends in order to drive sales-Maintains inventory controls-Competency with computers and point of sales systems, ability to direct-bill patients\' vision care plans, and complete invoices properly-Attention to detail in every aspect of the jobMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS-High School Diploma
-Natural ability in building a client following, self-motivated seller
-Well groomed, polished appearance
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Competent computer skills
-Flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends (desired but not imperative)>Optical knowledge/experience is a major asset, however we are willing to take on the right person if they are deemed to be a good fitPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BUT NOT MANDATORY

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in retail operations
• 3+ years of experience
