Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care, provide exceptional service to our clients and be a team player. As an Optician, you will play a crucial role in helping customers select eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting frames that complement their facial features and prescription requirements
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit of eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and materials
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Work closely with the optometrist to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in optical sales or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using optical equipment and tools is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry
- Familiarity with retail sales practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:
- Understanding of medical terminology in the optometry field is useful
- Background in retail management is beneficial
- Familiarity with optical laboratory procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
