Requirements

High school diploma required, post secondary education preferred At least 1 year of retail experience Positive attitude and willingness to learn Sales experience is an asset Excellent customer service skills Demonstrates the ability to address patient concerns Excellent communication skills with colleagues and patient Passion for optics, eyewear, and luxury products English speaking required, Chinese speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service Use company tools to build clientele and achieve sales Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm and sincere manner Help patients select the appropriate frame and lenses on site Optician duties for licensed holders Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks Perform office/administrative duties (Emails, phone calls, any communication portals).
