Kanda Optical Burlington is looking to hire a permanent Optical Associate. The Optical Associate will be responsible for the retail and repair of eye wear products as well as follow-up patient care. Responsibilities
Greet customers and help them choose frames Answer questions about lenses, prices, and styles Sell eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories Keep the store clean and organized Restock frames and supplies Label and display merchandise Schedule appointments Enter customer information into the system Work with optometrists or opticians in the store Follow store policies and privacy rules Work with coworkers to keep things running smoothly Keep the store neat and tidy
The Successful Candidate
Previous optical or office experience an asset
Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care
Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good computer knowledge
Previous retail experience an asset
Valid driver license and car is must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
