CORE is a privately held oilfield pipeline manufacturing and service company founded in 2012. The Company manufactures and installs a unique factory build pipe-in-pipe corrosion-resistant pipeline system. CORE's Linepipe product called CORE Liner uses an outer steel pipe for structural integrity and damage resistance with a polymer liner inserted in the pipe for a reliable and durable corrosion-
resistance barrier.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR LEVEL 2 - JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Operator Level 2 is responsible for safely performing all operations to produce quality products. They will be able to proficiently work all stations, operating tools, equipment, and processes needed during manufacturing. They will understand the production requirements using problem-solving and decision-making to meet the production schedule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Safely build the pipe, liner assembly, sleeves, and supporting products.
Inspect, monitor, and adjust stations to keep product within operational specification, building quality product; complex and preemptive adjustments as needed.
Follow work instructions; being able to manage through non-routine events.
Work collaboratively and effectively communicates with team members and other departments.
Retool, change length, configure and calibrate the plant for product variations.
Operate basic hand, calibration, and power tools.
Support lean manufacturing.
Perform problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Audits of the manufacturing process.
SCHEDULE, BENEFITS
CORE's production facility hours use an Hours of Work Averaging Agreement (HWAA)-averaging hours over a shortened work week. Scheduled workdays are Monday through Thursday every week. The regular schedule is a 10-hour day. At times throughout the year, work demands may increase the schedule to a 12-hour day with overtime.

Min 2 years' experience in manufacturing with strong work ethic and high personal standard for performance.
Ability to actively participate in operational improvements, preventative and corrective actions, and identifying non-conformities.
Ability to identify, understand, and apply applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Experienced in implementing continuous improvement.
