Location: Toronto, ON -- Full-time, Onsite

Role Overview



The

Operations-Sales Specialist is responsible for conducting a thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and client qualification process prior to engaging in any formal quoting or deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:



Verifying client identity, company registration, and relevant legal documents. Assessing client background, industry standing, and potential risk factors. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory, security, and operational requirements Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and President to approve or reject client engagement based on KYC results. Documenting all verification steps and maintaining secure records for audit and compliance purposes.

Additional Key Responsibilities



Design and create sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and digital assets to support client engagement and brand consistency. Manage and coordinate website updates, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and alignment with ongoing campaigns and corporate branding. Review and enhance workflow processes to improve efficiency, communication, and cross-department collaboration, including integration of sales tools and platforms.

Education



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
