The Operations Systems Administrator plays a valuable role in supporting the operations and finance teams. If you have a passion for customer service, are well organized, eager to learn and comfortable with systems, this role is for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES

Scheduling & Dispatch
Support Client Service Managers in scheduling services, including security guards and mobile security drivers.
Training & Support
Once proficient in CVIY systems, provide training and support to other users to ensure effective use.
Software Monitoring & Management
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software configurations within Ops/Finance systems to support optimal performance.
Systems include scheduling platforms (e.g., TrackTik).
Client Contract Administration
Ensure accurate and timely oversight and reporting of client information.
Manage system inputs, renewals, and onboarding of new clients.
Employee Administration
Ensure accurate and timely oversight and reporting of HR information.
Provide necessary system inputs.
Analytical Support
Identify trends and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the overall effectiveness of security operations.
Client Reports & Relations
Track, prepare, and report key client information, including incident reporting.
Provide clients with security information to support their business operations, which may include client site visits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
Valid BC Security license (note: if not, we will support attaining one)
Detail oriented

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Comfort with systems (note: Traktik experience is an asset)
