Andersen LLP - Operations Support, Vancouver
The Role
Andersen LLP is seeking a part-time Operations Support professional to join our Vancouver office. This role provides administrative and marketing support to both our Operations and Tax teams. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of various projects and initiatives.
This role combines administrative support with marketing responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assistance with firm events, materials, and promotional efforts. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages; managing client queries by passing them to the appropriate parties; and handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Working hours are 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm PST
Working in the office 5 days per week.
