Operations Supervisor

- You\xe2\x80\x99ll utilise your communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to ensure on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience including managing undelivered packages as well completing daily reports
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of action where you need to adapt very quickly to the needs of the business by making quick decisions and problem-solving situations that will come up
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to participate in the development of procedures and working methods as well as ensuring they are followed by monitoring key performance indicators.
- You are a huge fan of health and safety and will have the ability to promote and follow safe work methods and behaviours
What do you need to be successful?
- Resourceful and autonomous
- Curious about the transport industry
- Strong leadership skills
The shifts are from Friday to Tuesday, starting at 05:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. (shifts may vary according to operation needs)
