Operations Supervisor - Commercial Cleaning

Titan Building Services is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to support our evening and weekend cleaning operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, maintaining high standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

Support and supervise evening and weekend cleaning operations Step in to cover shifts when needed to ensure service continuity Train, support, and mentor new team members Complete site inspections and maintain Titan's quality standards Help resolve site issues and follow through on concerns or complaints Perform and oversee floor care services including: Stripping and waxing floors Track inventory usage and assist with product ordering Support cost efficiencies and day-to-day operational needs Assist with hiring, coaching, and employee performance matters Help oversee select projects and ongoing site operations
What We're Looking For:

4+ years of experience in commercial cleaning Strong hands-on experience with floor care and cleaning equipment Comfortable leading teams and working alongside staff Strong communication and organizational skills Availability to work evenings and weekends Valid G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract Reliable, organized, and professional

What We Offer:

Schedule: Primarily evenings & weekends (flexibility required)
Location: Multiple Titan client sites
