About the Role
The
Operations & Sales Coordinator
plays a key role in both the
field
and the
foundation's daily operations
.
You'll manage community partnerships, coordinate fundraising teams, oversee logistics, and handle administrative follow-up remotely from your home office.
This
hybrid position
is ideal for someone independent, organized, and driven -- who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, leadership, and meaningful community engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Visit and manage partner retail and community locations across the GTA.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and store managers.
Negotiate participation agreements and coordinate fundraising programs.
Plan, organize, and oversee community events and donation drives.
Manage administrative and reporting tasks remotely (home office).
Track field performance and ensure accurate operational documentation.
Supervise small teams and support daily operations of the foundation.
Represent Saving Kids Foundation with professionalism and compassion.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in
sales, operations, fundraising, or account management
(preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Valid
G driver's license
and access to a personal vehicle (required).
Ability to travel across the GTA (approx. 50%) and work weekends as needed.
Comfortable working independently and remotely for administrative duties.
