What you\'ll be doing:

• You\'ll collaborate with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and propose approaches to challenges in a consultative manner
• You\'ll design and implement numerical and lab experiments
• You\'ll perform simulations and benchmarking
• You\'ll acquire, explore, analyze, visualize, cleanse, and transform large sets of data from various external or internal sources
• You\'ll select and apply appropriate algorithms, methods, and tools
• You\'ll create scalable data pipelines and machine learning systems
• You\'ll clearly and objectively communicate progress, results and insights to clients
• You\'ll investigate, define, select, and promote the use of processes, tools, frameworks, and best practices
• You\'ll collaborate with other team members, architects, product owners (POs), QAs and technical writers to ensure proper implementation of business needs
• You\'ll help build the skills of less experienced team members and propose proactive process improvements

Who we\'re looking for:

• You have 3+ years experience in Operations Research, Machine Learning, Data Mining and / or statistical analysis tools
• You have a degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or another related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Ph.D. is preferred

You may also have:

• A familiarity with non-convex optimization techniques, including local search, Monte Carlo method, metaheuristics and implementation, including simulated annealing, parallel tempering, genetic algorithms
  
• A technical product knowledge or previous experience with operational technologies in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Fulfillment, Logistics solutions
