The Operations Project Manager oversees the daily operations of the design and print
production process, ensuring smooth workflow, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of
high-quality products and services. This role bridges creative, production, clients, and
vendors to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Well coordination
and planning are extremely important between clients, vendors, installers, and the
internal team.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Workflow Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all printing and design production activities to
ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage production schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflow to
maximize efficiency.
Implement quality control procedures at every stage of the design-to-print
process.
Client Service & Project Management
Coordinate with clients and vendors to understand project specifications,
timelines, and budgets.
Create and present design mockups or proofs for client review and approval
before production.
Ensure projects are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and
efficiently.
Process Improvement & Cost Control
Streamline operational processes for greater efficiency and reduced waste.
Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory; identify opportunities for savings.
Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supply chain relationships.
Introduce new technology and process improvements to enhance productivity.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental
and printing industry regulations.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
Social & Interactive Responsibilities
Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as a company
representative.
Build strong client relationships and foster teamwork across departments.
Key Skills & Competencies
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong understanding of design, prepress, and printing processes (digital, large
format, etc.).
Proficiency in production management software and workflow systems.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to quality and detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
