Operations Partner

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of multiple tent locations (staffing, performance, customer satisfaction) Manage employees, track hours, and maintain accountability systems Recruit and train new windshield repair technicians Implement company procedures and ensure locations follow brand standards Assist with marketing initiatives and community partnerships Help secure and maintain parking lot locations Drive repair plan sales and ensure operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Entrepreneurial and self-motivated personality Experience managing teams or running small operations Hands-on approach -- willing to work on-site as needed Organized, disciplined, and results-driven Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus: experience in automotive, trades, or franchise management
