We are continuing to grow and expand our operations across North America, including our Kelowna clinic, and we are looking for a strong

Operations Marketing & Business Development Manager

to join our team!

This multifaceted role requires someone who can seamlessly integrate marketing execution, operational management, strategic planning, and sales enablement to drive growth across both our national aesthetics education company and our Kelowna medical aesthetics clinic.

The

Operations Marketing & Business Development Manager

will be responsible for building and executing all digital marketing initiatives (Google, Meta, Email, etc), local and event marketing, maintaining operational systems & CRM (Hubspot & Zenoti), and creating and executing on business development strategies that support our continued expansion. You will report directly to the COO, and work closely with the CEO. You will also collaborate with learners in our training programs and with patients at our Aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Execution & Growth:

Plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social (Meta Ads), Email Marketing (HubSpot & Zenoti), SEO, and other channels to drive course registrations and clinic growth. Design and manage email campaigns that engage alumni learners, patients, and prospective leads. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, accelerate learner acquisition, and increase revenue. Stay current with Google algorithm updates and collaborate with Google Reps to continuously launch and optimize new campaigns, and track campaign performance. Regularly track and report on KPIs, providing insights and executing innovative strategies that drive measurable growth.

HubSpot & Marketing Automation:

Design and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency in communications, sales follow-up, learner calls, and marketing campaigns. Build, send, and optimize automated segmented email and SMS workflows in HubSpot, as well as ad-hoc email marketing campaigns to engage learners, patients, and prospective leads. Manage the HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, accurate lead tracking, and reliable reporting across registrations and campaigns. Regularly update and monitor data integrity within the CRM to support effective marketing and sales execution.

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operational workflows related to course registrations, internal processes, and clinic operations. Build workflows and automations in Hubspot & Zenoti, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and provide insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Support coordination and communication through CSM and email marketing, of learners and patient models for courses, ensuring a smooth experience for both groups.

Sales & Business Development:

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and execute new growth opportunities across courses and clinics. Build and manage a scalable sales and lead funnel within our CRM, including lead capture, nurturing, and conversion processes. Take ownership of outreach and follow-up, including calling prospective learners, closing email leads, and moving contacts through the funnel, and managing inbound calls. Support partnerships and collaborations that expand our reach, while ensuring marketing and sales activities are aligned to drive conversions and measurable revenue growth.

Key Project Ownership:

Lead end-to-end projects across the organization, and help to build and execute processes to improve efficiency across the organization. Work closely with management to solve challenges, and contribute growth to both our education business and clinic.

Startup Support & Team Collaboration:

Answer emails and calls to provide timely support for learners, patients, and partners. Assist in the planning and launch of new courses across Canada, stepping in where needed to solve challenges and keep projects on track. Bring a team-player mindset, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business in a dynamic startup environment.

Role Requirements:



Must be able to legally work in Canada. Position will be approx 80% remote, however, the candidate

must be located in British Columbia or Alberta.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, arts, sciences, and or related major

Minimum 5 years

in business operations, operations marketing, project management, and / or marketing, preferably in the healthcare/aesthetics or education industry Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office and Google Docs suite Experience using the Hubspot, Jane App, Zenoti is a strong asset Experience in executing projects that require structured problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to develop and execute operational solutions Ability to work independently, and execute multiple responsibilities, projects, and tasks simultaneously, while working as part of a team Strong attention to detail, excellent project management and organizational skills Fast learner, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills; track record of showing sharp judgment Ability to communicate and negotiate well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
