Role Overview:





We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Canadian market, with a strong focus on Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key verticals--especially within the non-profit sector or Microsoft solution landscape.


Key Responsibilities:




Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Ontario region Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the non-profit sector or Microsoft solution ecosystem Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients Understand customer needs and position appropriate Microsoft products and solutions Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentations Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure Track and report on pipeline development, forecasts, and performance metrics Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Key Requirements:




8-10 years of proven experience in business development or sales Strong background in selling Microsoft products (e.g., M365, Azure, Dynamics)
OR hands-on experience working with or selling to the non-profit sector
Deep understanding of IT solutions and consultative selling approaches Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Knowledge of the Canadian/Ontario market dynamics is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals/Sales/Partner programs) Experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
