Operations Manager
to oversee daily trucking operations, lead drivers and dispatch, ensure safety compliance, and maintain efficient freight movement. We're looking for an experienced leader with strong industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
Oversee truck and trailer fleet, ensuring proper maintenance and assignments Supervise drivers and support performance management Coordinate routing and dispatch activities Communicate with customers and resolve service concerns Ensure compliance with federal/provincial regulations Promote safety protocols and conduct training Monitor operational expenses and track performance metrics
Qualifications:
4+ years
in transportation/logistics operations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience with transportation management software Knowledge of trucking regulations and safety requirementsWork Location:
