Shack Shine is looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to lead our team, optimize our processes, and ensure top-tier service delivery. What You'll Do:

-Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and with high quality.
-Manage, train, and support our technicians to maintain top-tier performance and service standards.
-Optimize scheduling, route planning, and workforce allocation to maximize efficiency.
-Maintain equipment, fleet, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
-Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
-Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
-Collaborate with leadership on business strategy, growth, and operational improvements.

-Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Background in operations, logistics, or service-based industries (home services experience is a plus!).
-Ability to manage schedules, analyze performance data, and optimize processes.

-Valid driver's license and comfort working in the field when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
