DEPARTMENT/ DIVISION DESCRIPTION
Manila Operations started in 2015. It is Manila\xe2\x80\x99s mission to provide our North American Partners with top-quality support center services 24/7 to support growth initiatives and drive productivity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive a performance and service-oriented team to meet corporate objectives
  • Maintain constant communication with managers and staff to ensure proper operations of the company
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal capacity
  • Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Mentor, Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
  • Coordinate with North America Office for the updating of metrics and KPIs to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
  • Work closely with HR and MNL Board to ensure that activities remain compliant
  • Be an advocate for the center and look for additional opportunities for the NA business in MNL GOWAY TRAVEL LTD.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in operations management or related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • Experience in North American travel company a plus
  • Experience in managing a center with 24/7 operations a plus
