The Reality of This Role

Cash 4 You is scaling multi-site operations across Ontario. We are not looking for a caretaker to manage the status quo. We are looking for an experienced operator to build, stabilize, and drive results across a portfolio of locations.

This role requires presence, speed, and availability. If you are looking for a predictable 9-to-5 desk job, remote flexibility, or a slow-paced environment,

this role will not be a fit.

What You Will Own

Operational Accountability:

Ownership of performance across your portfolio, including people, process, and outcomes.

Real Authority:

You will have the mandate to make changes, not just responsibility for results. We expect decisions and action, not just recommendations.

Field Execution:

Regular time in the field solving real problems where they occur.

Decision Speed:

Making informed decisions with incomplete information and course-correcting as needed.

Who Tends to Succeed Here

You have operated in multi-site retail, logistics, manufacturing, or other field-based environments. You are comfortable taking over imperfect systems and improving them quickly. You identify root causes and address issues without waiting for escalation. You understand that operations sometimes require evenings or weekends, depending on business needs.

This role requires regular travel between multiple sites and consistent time in the field, not being based in a single office. Are you willing to work this way? Our operations run on a 6-day cadence, including weekends as part of normal operations rather than exceptions. This is not a Monday-to-Friday role. Are you willing to commit to this schedule?
