We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Gorilla Repairs. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company, with responsibilities ranging from client calls and coordination of our maintenance team and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client calls to generate new business opportunities.
Provide support and coordination for our maintenance team, ensuring efficient deployment and completion of tasks.
Schedule maintenance appointments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely service delivery.
Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and record-keeping.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall company performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Gorilla Repairs remains at the forefront of the maintenance industry.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the maintenance or construction industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Airtable, and other relevant software applications.

Understanding in preventive and reactive property maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
