Fen\xe2\x80\x99s Market is currently seeking an Operations Managerto operate our Mactaquac, NB location. The Operations Manager will deliver a first class customer experience while overseeing the operations of our four dynamic outlets operating under one roof, which include Fen\xe2\x80\x99s Market Convenience and Gas Outlet, M&M Food Market, Robins Donuts as well as an ANBL (NB Liquor) outlet. The Job \xc2\xb7 Meeting financial and strategic objectives, establishing and monitoring financial control, initiating corrective actions, and establishing community relationships \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate leadership and promote a team oriented environment; setting high standard and modeling behavior for optimum customer experience \xc2\xb7 Implement new product line while constantly ensuring a superior product mix and inventory levels in order to increase sales, store profitability and control inventory. \xc2\xb7 Operation of the food service area in a manner that will build customer loyalty, increase sales, and achieve a satisfactory level of profitability. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and maintain, Company policies and procedures, Government regulations, and customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Work with executives to ensure action plans are in place to achieve productivity targets (inventory control, labour costs, etc.) for your store \xc2\xb7 Setting the standard for your team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining effective team talent \xc2\xb7 Communicating effective job expectations, enforcing policies and procedures, reviewing job contributions Required Skills \xc2\xb7 5 years or more of progressive management experience in retail or food service management. \xc2\xb7 A seasoned manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, your skills span customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, food service and retail sales. \xc2\xb7 Leadership skills. You enjoy providing feedback, empowering people and mentoring. \xc2\xb7 A strong financial acumen with an ability to forecast and analyze stores sales and expenses. \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated with a desire to improve and grow a fast-paced work environment \xc2\xb7 You are a team builder and a committed mentor and coach \xc2\xb7 The successful candidate must possess a strong, solid understanding of POS software, and other computer applications. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:
