We are currently seeking an energetic Operations Manager to oversee our company\'s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for this position works well in a team environment and is able to balance the needs of our customers, consultants, and executive team. The Operations Manager is responsible for fully supporting Vacation Consultant Independent Contractors operationally by assisting with sales and service issues, onboarding and coaching to help their business positively perform and grow, by ensuring files and documentation adhere to Center standards, and by establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and working with marketing to build revenue driving promotions. The Manager is also responsible for assisting the Franchise Partner with special projects and with the daily resolution of customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements:
  • Demonstrated passion for travel
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a sales support role; travel industry preferred
  • Self-motivated to pursue activities that support and grow the Company
  • Well organized, thorough, multi-tasker who enjoys a dynamic environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Knowledge of cruise lines, tour operators, and their policies preferred
Compensation Components:
  • This is an Independent Contractor (self-employed) position
  • Management fee to be negotiated based on experience
