AppleOne is hiring for an Operations Manager for a client in Sarnia. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in customer acquisition, service management, and operational efficiency.
80 k base + commission
2 weeks\' vacation - flexible
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM - flexible (must be open to working late due to needs of the business)

Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities for services and rentals
-Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base
-Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
-Collaborate with the sales and Marketing team to understand market trends and customer needs
-Oversee the entire operations, both internal and external
-Efficiently allocate manpower and equipment resources for projects
-Manage the end-to-end process of quotations, costing, and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, Operation Management or related field
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas or an industrial services environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven product knowledge
- Quoting jobs - any type of business development would be ideal
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
