Our mission is rooted in sustainability, planting 10 trees per move, reducing plastic use, rehoming junk, and optimizing our logistics to reduce emissions.

Operations Manager

to grow with us.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be part of building a company that's redefining moving through heart-led leadership, environmental accountability, and operational excellence.

As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day logistics, team performance, training, warehouse organization, and growth systems. You'll play a critical role in helping us scale sustainably while cultivating a culture of excellence and joy.

Compensation

Starting Salary:

$48,000-$60,000/year
Includes performance-based raises, quarterly bonus opportunities, and a clear pathway to senior leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Daily + Weekly Leadership (Core Responsibilities)

Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and job logistics Support and coordinate field teams (movers, drivers, dispatchers) Respond to customer issues and complaints with calm, solution-focused leadership Track performance, run audits, and identify team training needs Coordinate with our Assistant Ops Manager for in-house training days and monthly check-ins for movers and sales team Maintain supply inventory, safety gear, and custom equipment Conduct truck inspections and coordinate repairs/maintenance Keep CRM and dispatch systems clean and efficient Collaborate with sales to ensure accurate job quoting and route planning Manage warehouse organization and track storage clients and inventory

Systems, Reporting, and Growth

Track KPIs: booking ratios, job profitability, claims, team performance, and customer satisfaction Build and update SOPs, onboarding documents, and internal handbooks Create video manuals and training materials for dispatchers and movers Lead hiring of sales consultants Support the Assistant Ops Manager in hiring and onboarding of movers Coordinate quarterly objectives: safety compliance, profitability tracking, team development Report weekly insights to ownership on team performance, revenue blockers, and successes Bring ideas and solutions to the table for increased ROI

Have 2+ years in logistics, operations, or team leadership (moving industry is a bonus!)
