We are expanding our regional event model across Ontario and are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of launching new regions and stabilizing early operations. This role blends
research, negotiation, logistics, coordination, and team-building
. You'll secure venues, organize annual event calendars, support early-stage operations, and help recruit regional teams as markets mature.

What You'll Do
Expansion
Source, contact, and negotiate with venues in new regions.
Secure full annual event calendars.
Prepare new markets using established checklists and workflows.
Operations
Oversee early event logistics and customer communication until local teams are hired.
Maintain timelines and keep new regions on track for launch and execution.
Improve operational processes and documentation.
Team Building & Handoff
Assist with recruiting and onboarding regional staff.
Train new recruits using our internal systems.
Transition regions to local operators once stable.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
Base Salary:
$50,000-$55,000
Bonuses:
Performance bonuses tied to venue bookings and successful region launches.
Quarterly stability bonuses for maintaining smooth operations as regions mature.
