- Assist in overall business strategy
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Oversee and mentor Project Managers
- Strong communication skills, Negotiation, Planning, scheduling, design-build, lump sum, contracts
- 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working for a Construction Management firm.
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Monday to Friday
- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
