scheduling, crew performance, job costing discipline, material control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and operational profitability

This is not a coordination role. This is a results-driven operations leadership position.
Core Responsibilities
Own daily and weekly
project scheduling and execution
Manage
foremen and installation crews
Control
job costing, labor efficiency, and material usage
Ensure jobs are completed
on time, on budget, and to standard
Enforce
quality control checkpoints
at all project stages
Maintain strict
safety compliance
across all job sites
Plan and stage
materials, tools, and equipment
Identify operational risks before they impact timelines or margin
Resolve field issues decisively and in real time
Improve SOPs, workflows, and production systems
Communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership
Deliver accurate weekly operational and performance reporting
Non-Negotiable Qualifications
You must have:
5+ years
in construction or field operations management
Proven experience managing
multiple crews and job sites
Hands-on knowledge of
wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fencing
Strong understanding of
job costing and margin protection
Experience tracking
labor productivity and material variance
Ability to identify and eliminate waste, rework, and inefficiency
Authority and confidence to hold teams accountable
Ability to make fast decisions under pressure
Zero tolerance for sloppy work or missed standards
