The Opportunity




We're seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-moving installation and service environment. In this role, you'll lead the workflow from order through installation -- ensuring each project is planned well, communicated clearly, and executed with craftsmanship and care.


You will oversee scheduling, field coordination, subcontractors, materials readiness, jobsite safety, and customer communication throughout the installation process. When challenges arise, you will steady the team, problem-solve, and move the work forward.


This is a leadership role with visible impact across the business, focused on planning, coordination, and operational oversight.

Compensation Overview




This position offers a competitive base salary aligned to experience and scope of responsibility. In addition to base salary, health and dental benefits are provided, along with eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus based on company and individual results.

What You'll Lead



Own the full end-to-end production and installation schedule to keep jobs on track. Lead, coach and support installation crews and field staff; reinforce teamwork, accountability and pride in workmanship. Review project details prior to scheduling; ensure materials, labor and site readiness. Anticipate and resolve scheduling or on-site challenges in real time. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and customers. Monitor and uphold safety practices and compliance across job sites. Who You Are



A steady, solutions-oriented leader who communicates clearly and follows through. Comfortable working between office planning and on-site coordination. Confident making decisions and adjusting plans as needed.

Requirements



What We're Looking For:



7-10 years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or design-build environments. Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or operational management role. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects ($50K-$1M). Strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and field coordination. Proficiency with project management or ERP tools (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Monday, or similar). Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and residential permitting process. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills. Valid Ontario driver's license and ability to travel across the GTA. Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
