Job Description

Description

Vendor management to ensure the timely achievement of department goals.
All preventative maintenance requirement for all systems and equipment is evaluated and documented.
Deliver on Health and Safety requirements.
Programs are implemented in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Facilitate and schedule ongoing and open communication with tenants to understand any concerns or needs.
Respond to after-hours emergency calls and support any onsite actions required.
Manage service contracts, standards and KPIs.
Excel in customer service, understanding that everyone is your customer.

Requirements

Must be living in or close to downtown Toronto and able to work in downtown Toronto - in an office role.
Bachelor\'s degree - Engineering strongly preferred.
Certified Facilities Manager certification is an asset.
Experience in 3rd party vendor management
Thorough knowledge of general maintenance procedures, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, etc.
Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
