We are looking for an
Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, lead our teams, and ensure excellent service for our clients.Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and plan cleaning projects efficiently Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards Manage logistics: vehicles, equipment, and supplies Monitor performance (productivity, profitability, satisfaction) Handle unexpected situations with calm and solutions
You bring:
Experience in cleaning or managing cleaning teams (
required
) Leadership and team motivation skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Communication skills in French or English (both an asset) Class 5 driver's license Responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detailWe offer:
Salary from $50,000/year + bonuses Full-time, permanent role with 3-month training Company phone and vehicle Uniform and equipment Profit sharing Daily meals/refreshments & team activities
